Film screening: "Potop" ("The Flood")
Picturehouse Cinema, Ealing
A free screening of the acclaimed Montenegrin feature film "Potop" ("The Flood") was held at the Picturehouse Cinema in Ealing. The audience enjoyed the film together, followed by a friendly gathering after the screening. "Potop" tells the story of people on society's margins who, driven by great ambitions and unexpected turns of life, forget who they are and where they come from — exploring human weakness, moral dilemmas and the consequences of our choices. Directed by Dušanka Belada; written by Jovan Bošković.

"The Bridge on the Drina" — a one-man play by Tihomir Stanić
Irish Cultural Centre, Hammersmith
The one-man play "Na Drini ćuprija" ("The Bridge on the Drina"), performed by the renowned actor Tihomir Stanić, was staged at the Irish Cultural Centre in Hammersmith before a large audience. The performance offered a powerful interpretation of one of the most important works of our literature, combining emotion, masterful acting and the intimacy of the one-man format. Following its successful London run, the production continued its international tour with performances in Canada.

Hari Mata Hari, Zijo Valentino & Zlopi — live at Scala
Scala, London
The popular Sarajevo pop group Hari Mata Hari once again confirmed their huge popularity with diaspora audiences with a spectacular concert in London. Their most recent major performance in the British capital took place on Thursday, 22 February 2024, when they performed together with Zijo Valentino at the well-known Scala concert hall in King’s Cross. Audience interest was exceptional — tickets sold out ahead of the concert, and the venue was filled to the last seat. The evening had a wonderful atmosphere, with numerous visitors from the UK and other European countries singing along to the timeless hits that have defined Hari Mata Hari’s career.
